Computer station(s) for internet access. Resources be damned, the access and computers can be had by grant.
How about making Q Center available for queer sects of regular support groups (AA, Al-Anon, grief groups, new parents, etc)?
What are some programs that will attract People Of Color to the Q Center? Let’s do more of those.
